Her professional life began as a Video Coordinator at CBS Sports, New York City. She won a locally-based Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV situated in Miami. Also, she worked at WPLG-TV in Miami and WPEC-TV which is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The station was selected as an anchor for ESPN2 in 1993 when it first launched.
